1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Zestigo. By accessing or using our food delivery platform, web application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or using the service under adult supervision. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• Meal Sessions: Orders placed are tied to scheduled meal delivery slots (e.g. Lunch/Dinner sessions).
• Pricing: Item prices, delivery fees, and taxes are clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
• Payment Options: Payments are processed via encrypted gateways. Orders are confirmed upon payment authorization.

4. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Customers may cancel an order as long as its status is PLACED and the restaurant has not begun meal preparation. Once an order is ACCEPTED or PREPARING, cancellations cannot be processed.

5. Delivery & Dispatch

Zestigo partners with local restaurants and delivery fleets to provide accurate delivery estimates. Unforeseen weather, traffic, or road conditions may occasionally alter delivery timing.
